Board Care instructions
For any of your Wood products.
Every 4 to 6 weeks your board needs to be oiled on all sides. Let the board absorb the oil as it needs for a couple of hours then wipe off with a soft cloth until it is fairly dry. Every 1 to 2 weeks use board butter on clean dry board to keep it conditioned.
You may wash your board with a mild soap and water. Do not immerse in water or put in dishwasher. Boards with the soft rubber feet on them can be stored flat with no problem. Boards with no feet should be stood up or hung up.
Disinfecting your board in a food safe way is : use salt or baking soda and lemon to clean it. You may if you like use vinegar.
Keeping your board conditioned will leave you with a beautiful piece of art that you can enjoy for a very long time!
